A strong return in investor confidence has pushed Bitcoin exchange-traded funds back into the spotlight. Fresh data shows that capital is flowing back into crypto markets, signaling a renewed appetite for risk.

Bitcoin ETF Inflows Surge to Highest Levels Since January

Spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $996 million in net inflows last week, marking the strongest weekly performance since early January. At that time, inflows had reached about $1.4 billion, making last week’s figures a notable recovery.

The week started on a weak note, with $291 million in outflows on Monday. However, sentiment quickly shifted. Tuesday saw $411.5 million in inflows, followed by $186 million on Wednesday and $26 million on Thursday.

Friday stood out as the most active day. Bitcoin ETFs pulled in $663.9 million in a single session, showing strong investor demand.

Trading Volume and Assets Signal Growing Market Participation

Total net assets across Bitcoin ETFs climbed above $101 billion by the end of the week. At the same time, daily trading volumes approached $4.8 billion.

This rise in both inflows and trading activity suggests that both institutional and retail investors are returning to the market. The increase points to stronger participation and improved confidence in Bitcoin as an asset.

Geopolitical Easing and Weak Dollar Drive Shift

Market analysts note that easing geopolitical tensions have played a role in this shift. Reduced concerns around U.S.-Iran relations have lowered demand for traditional safe-haven assets like the U.S. dollar.

At the same time, the Federal Reserve’s cautious stance on rate cuts has kept long-term yields elevated. Concerns about U.S. debt demand have also weakened confidence in traditional financial assets.

As a result, more investors are turning to alternatives such as Bitcoin.

Bitcoin Price Holds Range as Market Stabilizes

According to analysts, Bitcoin is currently in a “liquidity redistribution phase.” The coin is trading within a defined range, with resistance above $75,000 and support near $72,000.

Instead of a strong trend, the market appears to be forming a new price range. This suggests a period of consolidation rather than sharp upward or downward movement.

Oil Drops as Bitcoin Reacts to Global Developments

A key geopolitical update also influenced markets. Iran confirmed that the Strait of Hormuz had reopened for commercial shipping during a ceasefire period. U.S. President Donald Trump also confirmed the development.

Following the announcement, Bitcoin briefly climbed above $77,000. Meanwhile, Brent crude oil prices dropped by about 10% to around $85 per barrel.

This divergence highlights a shift in investor positioning, with capital moving away from traditional commodities and toward digital assets.

The latest surge in Bitcoin ETF inflows reflects a broader return of risk appetite across global markets. As macro conditions shift, Bitcoin continues to attract attention as an alternative investment.
