- United Stables integrated Chainlink to improve the security and transparency of its $1 billion U Stablecoin.
- The upgrade also prepares secure cross-chain transfers across multiple blockchains.
United Stables has expanded the infrastructure behind its U Stablecoin by integrating Chainlink’s decentralized services. The move comes after the stablecoin surpassed $1 billion in circulation and reached more than $2.5 billion in daily trading volume, marking a major step in improving security, transparency, and cross-chain functionality.
The partnership will support U Stablecoin across multiple blockchain networks while preparing the asset for broader adoption by institutions and decentralized finance (DeFi).
Chainlink Infrastructure Goes Live for U Stablecoin
United Stables has deployed Chainlink Data Feeds and Proof of Reserve across the U Stablecoin ecosystem.
Chainlink Data Feeds provide decentralized market pricing, reducing the risks associated with relying on a single source of data. At the same time, Proof of Reserve continuously verifies that the assets backing U Stablecoin remain fully collateralized.
The automated verification system allows DeFi platforms and users to confirm reserve holdings using on-chain data independently. This improves transparency and reduces uncertainty around the stablecoin’s backing.
According to United Stables, Chainlink was selected after the company reviewed security risks linked to centralized oracle providers and traditional blockchain bridges.
Cross-Chain Expansion Planned With CCIP
United Stables also confirmed plans to integrate Chainlink Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) as the primary solution for moving U Stablecoin between blockchains.
The protocol is expected to simplify transfers across supported networks while improving security for cross-chain transactions.
The company believes the integration will strengthen liquidity across multiple ecosystems and reduce operational challenges as the stablecoin expands to more blockchain platforms.
U Stablecoin currently operates on BNB Chain, Ethereum, and TRON, with additional compatible networks expected to follow.
U Stablecoin Backed by Verified Reserves
United Stables launched U Stablecoin in December 2025 as a fully collateralized US dollar-pegged digital asset.
The reserves consist of cash and established stablecoins, including USDC, USDT, and USD1. The company also maintains segregated reserve accounts and performs quarterly third-party audits alongside blockchain-based Proof of Reserve verification.
The stablecoin was designed for a wide range of use cases, including payments, institutional settlements, trading, decentralized finance applications, and artificial intelligence services.
Chainlink Continues Enterprise Growth
The United Stables partnership adds to Chainlink’s growing presence in enterprise blockchain infrastructure.
Earlier this month, Aave adopted Chainlink CCIP as its primary cross-chain solution across its application and Stable Vaults. The protocol also uses CCIP to support transfers of the GHO stablecoin and execute governance decisions after Ethereum confirmations.
Beyond DeFi, Chainlink has expanded into institutional finance through initiatives such as Project Pangea, which tested stablecoin-based foreign exchange settlements between Europe and South Korea.
With Chainlink now securing pricing data, reserve verification, and future cross-chain transfers, United Stables is positioning U Stablecoin for continued expansion across the multi-chain blockchain ecosystem.
