Dogecoin Eyes Breakout as Wyckoff Accumulation Signals Potential Rally

DOGECOIN IMAGE WITH CHARTS AND UPWARD ARROW

Dogecoin (DOGE) is showing signs of a familiar pattern that has historically preceded explosive price moves, according to crypto analyst Osemka (@Osemka8). With the memecoin currently trading near $0.19, charts suggest that DOGE is deep inside a textbook Wyckoff accumulation, echoing setups that fueled its 2017 and 2021 rallies.

A Classic Wyckoff Accumulation

On the long-term chart, Dogecoin’s history forms a sequence of rounded basing formations, each preceding a major upward move. The first arc from 2014 to 2017 led to DOGE’s initial markup, the second from 2018 to 2020 culminated in the 2021 blow-off, and the third, broader arc has been shaping under price action from 2022 to 2025. Currently, the rounding contour remains intact, suggesting potential for another significant advance once supply thins above the range highs.

The short-term daily chart highlights Wyckoff phases in detail. DOGE experienced Preliminary Support (PS), a Selling Climax (SC), an Automatic Rally (AR), and a Secondary Test (ST) earlier this year. A sharp intraday drop into a “Spring,” accompanied by high capitulation volume, functioned as a final shakeout, setting the stage for the Test phase, where bids and offers now probe the $0.18–$0.22 range.

Key Levels for Traders

Analyst Osemka identifies near-term battlegrounds for DOGE. The $0.18–$0.22 coil must maintain higher lows to sustain Phase D of accumulation. Overhead resistance appears at $0.26–$0.28, followed by the rising channel top near $0.32, where bulls historically take control. Acceptance above these levels would signal a transition from accumulation to markup, aligning with past launch sequences.

Risk-On Ignition Still Pending

Macro conditions remain a key factor. DOGE typically trails broader risk rotations: small-cap ETFs like IWM break out, altcoins rise, and finally the “OTHERS” index surpasses its all-time high. Only then does Dogecoin historically accelerate. According to Osemka, one final downward probe within the coil is possible before the next leg up, contingent on Bitcoin liquidity and the broader market entering a risk-on mode.

For now, DOGE continues to test patience and conviction, offering traders a window into a potentially explosive setup that mirrors its most celebrated rallies.

At press time, Dogecoin trades at $0.194, hovering inside its critical accumulation range.
