Morgan Stanley has officially entered the U.S. spot Ethereum ETF market after launching its new fund on NYSE Arca. The debut came as Ethereum spot ETFs extended their inflow streak, attracting more than $14 million in fresh capital on July 28.

The latest figures highlight continued institutional interest in Ethereum despite recent market volatility.

Morgan Stanley Launches MSSE Ethereum ETF

Morgan Stanley’s Ethereum Trust (MSSE) began trading on NYSE Arca on July 28, becoming the 11th spot Ethereum ETF listed in the United States.

According to SoSoValue data, the fund recorded $5.15 million in net inflows on its first trading day. It also generated $19.03 million in trading volume and finished the session with $6.18 million in assets under management.

The launch expands the range of regulated Ethereum investment products available to institutional and retail investors.

BlackRock Leads Daily Ethereum ETF Inflows

While Morgan Stanley made a strong debut, BlackRock’s ETHB fund attracted the largest inflows of the day.

ETHB recorded $5.91 million in net inflows on July 28. Since its launch, the fund has accumulated $529 million in total net inflows, making it one of the strongest-performing Ethereum ETFs in the market.

The steady inflows into multiple funds suggest that investor demand remains broad rather than concentrated in a single issuer.

Ethereum Spot ETFs Hold $10.5 Billion in Assets

Data from SoSoValue shows Ethereum spot ETFs recorded a combined $14.53 million in net inflows on July 28.

The sector now manages $10.5 billion in total net assets, representing approximately 4.53% of Ethereum’s total market capitalization.

Cumulative net inflows across all U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs have also climbed to $11.21 billion, reflecting sustained institutional participation since the products began trading.

Investors continue to monitor ETF flows as an indicator of market sentiment. Strong inflows often point to growing confidence among institutional buyers, even when Ethereum’s price experiences short-term fluctuations.

With Morgan Stanley now joining the market, competition among ETF issuers is likely to increase as firms seek to attract a larger share of investor capital. If inflows remain positive, Ethereum spot ETFs could continue strengthening their role in the broader digital asset investment landscape.
