A Seamless Gateway to Sui from 20+ Blockchains
NEAR Intents introduces a frictionless experience for transferring assets into Sui. Instead of navigating complex smart contracts or bridging mechanisms, users simply express their “intent” to swap assets. The protocol’s solver architecture identifies the most efficient way to fulfill this request, completing the process in seconds. Supported chains include Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Solana, NEAR, Dogecoin, and more.
Over 100 native tokens can now be transferred directly into Sui using just a few clicks. Users also retain full control of their assets throughout the transaction, preserving both speed and security without relying on custodial services.
Intents Architecture Redefines Cross-Chain UX
What makes this integration truly unique is its intent-based system. It eliminates the need for gas management, wallet approvals, or UI complexity. Beyond swaps, this system enables over-the-counter trades and peer-to-peer gifts, offering a unified and intuitive experience across use cases.
According to NEAR Protocol co-founder Illia Polosukhin, the integration represents a leap toward unified liquidity and simplified onboarding. “We’re eliminating friction points that have long plagued cross-chain applications,” he noted.

The timing couldn’t be better. Sui’s DeFi ecosystem has surged in recent months, with TVL reaching $1.7 billion, placing it ninth among all blockchains. It also saw $8.1 billion in DEX trading volume in the past month and recently crossed $1 billion in stablecoin market cap—a 180% increase since early 2025.
NEAR Intents now opens the door for more developers and liquidity providers to join Sui with ease. By removing friction and enabling direct, secure transfers from dozens of chains, the integration sets a new standard for interoperability in Web3.
