- XRP-linked ETFs continue to attract steady inflows, even as most crypto funds face sustained outflows.
- Meanwhile, XRP price has slightly recovered above $1.10 after a sharp drop, though analysts still warn of possible further downside.
Despite a broader downturn across crypto exchange-traded funds, XRP-linked funds continue to attract steady capital inflows, setting them apart from the wider market trend. At the same time, Ripple’s native token is showing early signs of recovery after a sharp recent selloff, though analysts warn that downside risks remain.
XRP ETFs Continue to Attract Fresh Capital
Spot XRP ETFs have managed to stay in positive territory even as most crypto investment products struggle with sustained outflows. According to recent market data, these funds recorded $7.44 million in inflows on Tuesday, $1.19 million on Wednesday, and $2.04 million on Friday.
While Monday and Thursday saw no reported activity, the week still closed with more than $10 million in net inflows. More importantly, the funds have avoided any daily red flows since early June, extending a rare consistent inflow streak.
This resilience has pushed cumulative net inflows for spot XRP ETFs to an all-time high of over $1.44 billion. Although this is far below the initial launch excitement seen in November, the steady demand highlights continued investor interest even during a weak market phase.
In contrast, other major crypto ETFs have struggled. Bitcoin funds have extended a losing streak with hundreds of millions in outflows, while Ethereum ETFs also recorded net withdrawals. Solana-linked funds have similarly remained under pressure. Even strong performers in niche segments have failed to match XRP’s consistent inflow pattern.
XRP Price Holds Above Key Psychological Level
XRP experienced heavy volatility earlier this month, dropping sharply to around $1.05 during the recent market downturn. At one point, the token came close to breaking below the critical $1.00 level, a threshold not seen in nearly two years.
However, XRP managed to recover and is currently trading near $1.15, showing modest signs of stabilization after the crash.
Despite this short-term recovery, market analysts remain cautious. Some technical projections suggest that XRP could still revisit lower levels if selling pressure returns. Forecast ranges have placed potential downside zones between $0.70 and $0.90.
Even so, some analysts argue that such a correction could present a long-term accumulation opportunity. Optimistic projections continue to point toward a strong rebound scenario, with possible future targets ranging between $7.00 and $8.00 if broader market conditions improve.
Mixed Outlook as Market Sentiment Splits
The current situation presents a split narrative for XRP. On one side, ETF inflows signal sustained institutional interest and confidence in long-term demand. On the other hand, price action reflects ongoing uncertainty and vulnerability to broader market weakness.
This divergence between capital inflows and price performance highlights a key theme in the current crypto cycle: investor positioning is improving even while spot prices remain under pressure.
For now, XRP remains in a critical zone where both sentiment and technical levels will play a major role in determining its next major move.
