- Solana is holding above the crucial $65.97 support despite mixed technical signals.
- Growing institutional adoption and tokenized asset growth continue to support its long-term outlook.
Solana (SOL) continues to trade above an important support level despite ongoing market pressure. While technical indicators remain mixed, growing institutional adoption and expanding tokenized asset activity continue to strengthen the network’s long-term outlook.
Solana Maintains Key Support Despite Market Pressure
Solana is trading around $69 after a volatile trading session that briefly pushed the price lower. Although sellers remain active, SOL has managed to stay above its short-term support zone, helping prevent a deeper correction.
The coin is still trading above its 20-period and 50-period moving averages, suggesting that buyers remain active over shorter timeframes. However, the price remains well below the 200-day moving average, indicating that the broader trend is still under pressure.
This combination reflects a market that is attempting to stabilize while facing resistance from longer-term bearish conditions.
Institutional Adoption Strengthens Solana’s Position
Beyond price action, Solana continues to make progress in real-world blockchain adoption.
The network recently surpassed $10 billion in cumulative tokenized equities volume, reinforcing its position as the leading blockchain for tokenized stocks. Solana now accounts for more than 95% of the global tokenized equities market while its real-world asset ecosystem has grown to approximately $3.1 billion.
Institutional participation is also increasing. MoneyGram has joined the network as an active validator, while Coinbase has integrated its validator with the DoubleZero Edge fiber network to improve on-chain trading performance.
In another positive development, the Volatility Shares Solana ETF has been listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), giving investors in Central Asia regulated exposure to SOL.
These developments continue to strengthen confidence in Solana’s long-term ecosystem even as the token experiences short-term price fluctuations.
Technical Indicators Paint a Mixed Picture
Current technical indicators show both encouraging and cautious signals.
The RSI remains in buy territory, suggesting buyers still have some control. The Commodity Channel Index also points to continued buying interest.
However, the MACD continues to reflect selling pressure. Meanwhile, the Stochastic RSI and Bull/Bear Power suggest that SOL may be approaching overbought conditions, increasing the possibility of short-term pullbacks.
With conflicting signals across several indicators, traders remain cautious while waiting for stronger market confirmation.
Solana Price Prediction
For now, SOL is expected to trade within a range of $65.97 to $72.23.
The $65.97 level remains the most important support. Holding above this area could allow buyers to challenge resistance near $72.23. A successful breakout above that level would strengthen the bullish outlook and could attract additional buying interest.
On the other hand, losing support at $65.97 would likely expose Solana to another wave of selling pressure and increase the risk of further declines.
Although technical indicators remain mixed, continued institutional adoption and growth in tokenized assets provide supportive long-term fundamentals. As long as these trends continue, Solana could remain well-positioned for gradual recovery once broader market conditions improve.
