Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs Surge with $339M Inflows as Market Stabilizes

  • Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs recovered with $339 million in inflows, reversing last week’s losses.
  • Market sentiment is stabilizing as institutional investors return and major crypto prices hold key support levels.

Institutional investors are showing renewed interest in crypto as Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs rebound with strong inflows, signaling a stabilizing market after last week’s turbulence.

Bitcoin ETFs See Strong Recovery

On October 14, Bitcoin ETFs recorded total net inflows of $102.6 million, according to SoSoValue. Fidelity’s FBTC led the gains with $133 million, followed by Bitwise’s BITB at $8 million and Ark & 21Shares’ ARKB with $6.8 million. Offsetting some of these gains, BlackRock’s IBIT and Valkyrie’s BRRR reported combined outflows of $44.85 million, while Grayscale’s GBTC remained flat.

This rebound comes after significant outflows on October 13, when Bitcoin ETFs lost $326.5 million following earlier withdrawals earlier in the week. Despite being down roughly 11% from pre-crash highs, BTC is trading around $112,431, with key resistance levels in the $115,000–$120,000 range.

Ethereum ETFs Lead Institutional Inflows

Ethereum ETFs outpaced Bitcoin in the recovery, drawing a combined $236.2 million. Fidelity’s FETH accounted for $154.6 million, and Grayscale’s ETH & ETHE added $50 million. Other ETFs, including Bitwise’s ETHW and VanEck’s ETHV, posted smaller gains, while BlackRock’s ETHA remained inactive.

ETH has shown remarkable resilience, rising over 20% from its post-crash lows to $4,116. After briefly dipping to around $3,435, Ethereum reclaimed vital support, with $4,250 now acting as a key resistance level.

Market Sentiment Stabilizes

The renewed ETF inflows reflect growing confidence among institutional investors. Overall crypto market sentiment is improving, although caution remains after recent volatility. The Crypto Fear and Greed Index has edged closer to neutral, indicating that while uncertainty persists, optimism is slowly returning.

With total crypto ETF assets nearing the $1 trillion milestone, the rebound in both Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs highlights the continued institutional appetite for digital assets. Traders and investors are now watching key levels for BTC and ETH as indicators for the next potential rally.
