Cardano (ADA) Price Predictions: Can Buyers Spark a Relief Rally This Week?

Cardano (ADA) Price Predictions for the Week Ahead

Cardano (ADA) continues to face stiff resistance in the markets. After attempting to hold above the $0.90 level in late August, sellers pushed ADA lower, flipping that area into a strong resistance zone. At present, ADA is consolidating just above $0.77 support, where bulls may attempt to spark a recovery rally.

Lower Highs Indicate Ongoing Weakness

Zooming out on ADA’s price action reveals a consistent bearish structure since late 2024. The cryptocurrency has been forming lower highs, which signals a market under pressure. Despite this weakness, ADA has maintained strong support above $0.50, preventing deeper breakdowns.

Attempts to reclaim the psychological $1 mark have failed multiple times. Until buyers can secure this level with conviction, Cardano is unlikely to establish a sustainable uptrend.

Volume Profile Shows Potential Buyer Interest

Following a brief spike in buy volume in mid-August, sellers regained control, pushing ADA lower with only six green daily candles since then. However, the selling volume has steadily declined in recent weeks, suggesting that bears may be losing strength.

This drop in sell-side pressure could open the door for buyers to return near $0.77 support, potentially driving a short-term relief rally. If momentum builds, the first upside target remains $0.90, with $1 serving as the key breakout level to watch.

Relief Rally or More Downside?

For Cardano to shift into bullish momentum, ADA must break past $0.90 and eventually reclaim the $1 barrier. Failure to hold above $0.77 support may drag prices lower, potentially retesting the $0.65 region.

This week’s price action will likely depend on whether buyers step in with strength or if sellers continue suppressing the market.
