- BlackRock’s ETHA led demand with $173 million, pushing cumulative Ethereum ETF inflows to nearly $12 billion.
Ethereum spot ETFs recorded $221 million in net inflows on August 20, extending their positive streak to four consecutive days. The latest inflows show continued investor demand for Ethereum through regulated investment products.
BlackRock’s Ethereum ETFs Lead Inflows
BlackRock’s ETHA recorded the largest single-day inflow on August 20, attracting $173 million. Its cumulative net inflows have now reached $12.019 billion.
BlackRock’s staked Ethereum ETF, ETHB, also posted strong demand. The fund recorded $35.9 million in daily net inflows, taking its historical total to about $606 million.
Together, the two BlackRock products accounted for most of the day’s Ethereum ETF inflows.
Ethereum ETFs Hold $13.59 Billion in Net Assets
According to SoSoValue data, Ethereum spot ETFs now hold about $13.585 billion in net assets. This represents 4.86% of Ethereum’s total market capitalization.
Cumulative net inflows across Ethereum spot ETFs have also reached $11.965 billion. The figure highlights the growing role of ETF products in the Ethereum market.
The latest $221 million inflow also marks the fourth straight day of positive ETF flows. This continued buying could keep institutional interest in Ethereum in focus.
What the Ethereum ETF Inflows Mean for ETH
The steady ETF inflows point to sustained demand from investors seeking exposure to Ethereum through traditional financial markets.
BlackRock’s ETHA remains the main driver of this demand, with more than $12 billion in cumulative inflows. ETHB is also gaining attention as investors seek exposure to Ethereum staking through an ETF structure.
However, strong ETF inflows do not guarantee an immediate Ethereum price increase. ETH still depends on broader market conditions, investor sentiment and demand across the wider crypto market.
For now, the four-day inflow streak gives Ethereum a positive ETF signal. Investors will likely watch upcoming flow data to see whether this trend continues.
