- XRP, Cardano, and Solana are showing strong recovery momentum as the broader crypto market improves.
- Key resistance levels at $1.54 for XRP, $0.2632 for ADA, and $122.94 for SOL could determine whether the altcoins extend their rallies.
XRP, Cardano (ADA), and Solana (SOL) are showing renewed strength as the broader crypto market recovers. All three altcoins posted gains on Friday, with technical indicators pointing to important resistance levels that could determine their next moves.
Bitcoin’s recovery above $86,000 has also helped improve sentiment across the cryptocurrency market. However, institutional flows remain mixed, particularly for Solana.
XRP Price Forecast: Can XRP Break Above $1.54?
XRP rose about 2% on Friday to trade around $1.52, reclaiming the important $1.50 level.
The recovery comes as XRP-focused ETFs recorded $4.07 million in inflows on Thursday. This ended two consecutive days of zero inflows. Including the $3.96 million recorded earlier in the week, weekly XRP ETF inflows reached $8.02 million.
However, that figure remains well below the $75.59 million recorded during the previous week. This suggests that institutional demand has slowed despite the latest inflows.
From a technical perspective, XRP remains above its 50-day, 100-day and 200-day exponential moving averages (EMAs). These levels currently sit around $1.38, $1.32 and $1.38, respectively. The 50-day and 200-day EMAs have also formed a golden cross, a pattern often associated with improving bullish momentum.
The key level to watch is $1.5442, which marks the February 6 high. A confirmed break above this resistance could put the November 21 low near $1.8209 into focus.
The daily Relative Strength Index (RSI) stands at 59, showing positive momentum without reaching overbought territory.
If XRP fails to break higher, the $1.38 area could provide initial support. A deeper correction could bring the $1.32 region into focus.
Cardano Price Forecast: ADA Approaches Key $0.2632 Resistance
Cardano gained more than 3% on Friday, pushing ADA above the $0.25 level.
The latest move is supported by stronger activity in the derivatives market. Cardano futures open interest rose slightly over the past 24 hours to $557.86 million.
The OI-weighted funding rate also moved to 0.0102%, compared with -0.0011% the previous day. The change points to increased demand for long ADA positions among traders.
ADA is also trading above its 50-day, 100-day and 200-day EMAs. These currently stand around $0.221, $0.212 and $0.241.
The major resistance sits near $0.2632. This level represents the 78.6% Fibonacci retracement of the move from $0.3136 to $0.1385.
A confirmed break above $0.2632 could bring the previous swing high at $0.3136 into focus. Further upside could then expose the $0.3916 Fibonacci extension level.
ADA’s daily RSI is around 63, indicating strong momentum while leaving some room before reaching traditionally overbought territory.
On the downside, $0.2406 is an important support level because it aligns with the 200-day EMA. A break below this area could expose the $0.2204 and $0.2123 levels.
Solana Price Forecast: SOL Eyes Breakout Above $122.94
Solana climbed more than 3% on Friday to trade near $122. It has been consolidating within a range over the past week, with traders now watching the $122.94 resistance level. This marks the September 25 high.
A confirmed move above $122.94 could strengthen the bullish setup and bring the January 13 high at $148.74 into focus.
The daily RSI is near 66, showing strong buying momentum. However, the MACD and signal line have started to flatten in positive territory, which could point to a period of consolidation if buying pressure weakens. The 100-day and 200-day EMAs have also produced a bullish crossover around $95.96 and $95.76, respectively.
Still, Solana’s ETF flows provide a mixed signal. Solana ETFs recorded $5.91 million in outflows on Thursday after $11.19 million of outflows the previous day. Weekly inflows have consequently fallen to just $1.13 million, far below the $188.22 million recorded the previous week.
For SOL, $116.88 is the first support level to watch. Below that, the 50-day EMA around $104.43 becomes the next major support.
XRP, ADA and SOL Face Key Resistance Levels
XRP, Cardano and Solana are all showing signs of recovery, but each token now faces an important technical test.
For XRP, the focus is on the $1.5442 resistance level. Cardano needs to clear $0.2632, while Solana is approaching resistance at $122.94.
The three assets also have different demand signals. XRP is seeing renewed ETF inflows, Cardano is benefiting from stronger derivatives positioning, while Solana’s recent ETF outflows have weakened its institutional flow picture.
If the key resistance levels are broken with sustained buying pressure, the technical setups could open the way toward higher price levels. A failure to break through them, however, could lead to further consolidation or a pullback toward nearby support.
