  • Bitcoin ETFs led the market with over $823 million in inflows, helping drive nearly $980 million into US spot crypto ETFs in one week.
  • Ethereum and select altcoin ETFs also recorded steady gains, reflecting continued institutional interest.

The appetite for crypto-backed investment products remained firm last week, as US-based spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs attracted nearly $980 million in fresh capital. The steady inflows highlight growing institutional confidence despite broader market uncertainty.

Strong Capital Inflows Drive Bitcoin ETFs Higher

Between April 20 and April 24, 2026, spot Bitcoin ETFs in the United States recorded impressive inflows totaling $823.7 million. Notably, there were no outflows throughout the entire week, signaling sustained investor interest.

WEEKLY TOTAL NET INFLOWS FOR BITCOIN ETFs

The largest single-day inflow came on April 22, reaching $335.82 million. Among the top-performing funds, IBIT led the pack with $732.64 million in inflows. Other funds that posted gains included FBTC, ARKB, BTC, BRRR, MSBT, and BTCW.

However, not all funds shared in the gains. GBTC saw outflows of $59.01 million, while BITB and HODL also recorded modest losses. Meanwhile, a few ETFs, including BTCO, EZBC, and DEFI, saw no movement during the period.

Overall, Bitcoin ETFs have now recorded four consecutive weeks of positive inflows. Over the past few months, total net inflows have approached $2 billion, reinforcing a strong outlook for the sector.

Ethereum ETFs Extend Positive Streak Despite Minor Outflows

Ethereum-based ETFs also delivered a solid performance, bringing in $155.01 million during the same period. This marks the third straight week of net inflows for Ethereum products.

WEEKLY TOTAL NET INFLOWS FOR ETHEREUM ETFs

The largest inflow was recorded on April 22, totaling $96.44 million. Leading funds included ETHA, ETHB, and ETH, all of which posted notable gains. Smaller contributions came from QETH as well.

Still, the week was not without setbacks. On April 23, Ethereum ETFs experienced their only outflow of the week, losing $75.94 million. Additional losses were seen in ETHE, FETH, ETHW, and TETH.

Despite these outflows, the overall trend remains positive, suggesting continued investor interest in Ethereum exposure through regulated products.

Altcoin ETFs See Selective Investor Interest

Beyond Bitcoin and Ethereum, altcoin ETFs also recorded inflows, though at a smaller scale. XRP-based funds led this segment with $15.74 million in inflows. Solana, Chainlink, Hedera, and Litecoin ETFs followed with moderate gains.

On the other hand, some altcoin ETFs, including those tied to Dogecoin, Avalanche, and Polkadot, saw no capital movement during the week.

Market Outlook Remains Constructive

The consistent inflows into both Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs point to strengthening institutional participation in the crypto market. While some funds experienced outflows, the broader trend remains firmly positive.

With multiple consecutive weeks of gains and growing capital allocation, crypto ETFs continue to position themselves as a key bridge between traditional finance and digital assets.
