XRP Price Eyes $1.21 Breakout as Bitwise and Franklin Templeton ETFs Attract Interest

  • XRP Price is consolidating near $1.14 as traders watch the $1.15 resistance level for a possible breakout toward $1.21.
  • Steady ETF interest from Bitwise and Franklin Templeton continues to support XRP’s long-term outlook despite slower institutional inflows.

XRP is showing signs of recovery after a sharp correction, with technical indicators pointing to a possible breakout. Institutional interest from ETF products linked to XRP is also helping support a more positive long-term outlook.

XRP Holds Key Support as Bulls Watch $1.15 Breakout

XRP is trading near $1.14 as it continues to move sideways after falling from previous highs. The price is currently holding above the key 200-day moving average, which sits around $1.09.

This level remains an important support zone for buyers. A drop below $1.09 could expose XRP to further downside, with the next major support area around $1.05.

However, XRP bulls are watching the $1.15 resistance level closely. A confirmed daily close above this level could complete a cup-and-handle pattern, a technical setup often linked with potential upward moves.

If the breakout happens, XRP could target $1.18 before pushing toward the $1.21 resistance zone.

Institutional ETF Demand Remains a Long-Term Catalyst

While short-term ETF inflows have slowed, institutional investors continue to show interest in XRP exposure. Bitwise and Franklin Templeton ETF products have maintained modest inflows, suggesting long-term investors are still holding their positions.

Total institutional ETF inflows reportedly dropped to around $12.4 million in July, creating a gap between XRP’s bullish technical structure and current liquidity levels.

Despite weaker inflows, XRP has not seen major institutional selling pressure. This indicates that some investors view XRP as a long-term asset tied to cross-border payments and blockchain adoption.

XRP Outlook Depends on ETF Growth and XRPL Adoption

XRP’s future price direction will likely depend on renewed institutional demand and growth across the XRP Ledger (XRPL).

Developments around stablecoin payments, real-world applications, and AI-powered transactions could increase network activity and strengthen XRP’s long-term case.

For now, traders are focused on whether XRP can break above $1.15. A successful move could open the path toward $1.21, while failure to overcome resistance may keep XRP trading between $1.10 and $1.15.

With ETF interest holding steady and technical indicators improving, XRP remains on investors’ watchlists as the market looks for the next major move.
